We're expanding internationally, but we're doing it properly. Rather than rushing overseas shipping before the infrastructure is in place, we're building it to the same standard as every other part of Peptology Labs. As soon as we're confident we can offer reliable delivery and the level of service our customers expect, we'll open international ordering.

Dispatch process

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, with later, weekend, or high-demand orders moving to the next working day where needed.

  1. Order received

    Shipping details are checked and the order enters the fulfilment queue.

  2. Controlled fulfilment

    Items are packed with discretion and care to protect product integrity during courier handling.

  3. Tracking issued

    Once fulfilled, dispatch confirmation and tracking information are provided.

  4. Courier handoff

    Delivery is handled by the courier network after dispatch.

Parcel handling

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, Peptology Labs will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot usually be issued while a parcel is still in transit or under active courier investigation.
  • Where the courier confirms loss, damage, or failed delivery, the outcome is reviewed and resolved in line with applicable rights.
  • Please enter shipping details carefully at checkout. Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
