International Delivery

We offer international tracked shipping for £14.99, with free international shipping on orders over £200. Customers in supported countries can order and pay directly through our website. For other countries, or if you experience any issues at checkout, orders can also be arranged by email with payment via IBAN bank transfer.

Dispatch process

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed next-day service, so please allow 1–2 working days for delivery. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

    Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

    You'll receive dispatch confirmation and Royal Mail tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

  4. Royal Mail delivery

    Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. Please allow 1–2 working days as next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Parcel handling

Parcel handling Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once dispatched, your order is handled by Royal Mail and tracking information will be provided. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, Peptology Labs will work with Royal Mail to investigate the delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once fulfilment has begun, changes may not be possible. Where Royal Mail records an order as delivered, we may ask them to investigate the delivery before issuing a refund or replacement. Delivery evidence provided by Royal Mail, which may include tracking information, delivery photographs and location data, will be considered as part of our investigation. If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will resolve the matter in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

  • Delivery disputes may require investigation by Royal Mail before a refund or replacement can be considered. Delivery evidence, including tracking, delivery photographs and location data, may be used as part of this investigation.
  • Where Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will resolve the matter in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
