Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds or replacements cannot usually be issued while a parcel is still in transit or under active courier investigation. Where the courier confirms loss, damage, or failed delivery, we will review the outcome and resolve the matter in line with applicable rights.
