Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day.
Orders are normally processed within one working day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at weekends or during periods of increased demand may be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier performance, seasonal demand, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery information is entered accurately at checkout. Once processing has started, amendments may no longer be possible.
Parcel handling
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. Where a parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
Refunds or replacements cannot normally be issued while a parcel remains in transit or is subject to an active courier investigation.
Where the courier confirms loss, damage or failed delivery, we will review the outcome and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable rights.
