• COAs are not a guarantee of performance, outcome, suitability, or fitness for any particular research purpose
• analytical results may vary depending on laboratory method, handling, storage, testing conditions, and sample preparation

We do not guarantee that your own independent testing will produce identical results to any COA or published analytical data.

Testing data reflects the sample and batch at the point of analysis only. After release, proper storage, handling, and use are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. No guarantee of suitability or outcome

All products are supplied “as is” and “as available” for laboratory research purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

13. Cancellations by consumers
